MLPs (or multi-layer plastics) are the real culprit in the proliferation of plastics in the environment, and why the Philippines is the 3rd largest plastics polluter in the world. Unlike PET, PP, PE, HDPE, and LDPE, MLPs cannot be economically recycled.
